It is notified for the information of the General Public / Interested Bidders that J&K Police Housing Corporation is going to conduct a Forward Auction on the GeM Portal (e-Auction) of the following Condemned Vehicles vide Auction ID No. 23859 w.e.f. 25.08.2025 (10:00:00) to 26-08 -2025 (12:00:00):-

The interested bidders shall have to deposit an amount of Rs.30000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) in the shape of CDR/FDR only pledged to the Managing Director J&K Police Housing Corporation as security deposit w.e.f. 11.08.2025 (10:00:00) to 18.08.2025 (16:00:00) and submit the same in original to the Corporate Hqrs of J&K Police Housing Corporation at Peer Bagh Srinagar / Narwal Jammu before participating in the Auction Proceedings.

An auction notice has been issued by J&K Police Housing Corporation, Jammu/Srinagar, for the public auction of various types of condemned store items, scrap, and IT equipment available at the Corporate Headquarters, Jammu/Srinagar. The auction is scheduled to be held at PHC Narwal, Jammu, on 22-07-2025 at 11:00 AM.
Interested bidders are required to deposit a refundable security of ₹5,000/- in favor of the Managing Director, J&K PHC, between 15-07-2025 (10:00 AM) and 18-07-2025 (4:00 PM). The items will be auctioned on the highest bidder basis with 25% of the bid payable on the spot, and the rest within 15 days. The auctioned items must be lifted by the successful bidder within the same period at their own cost.
